How to get a Free Website Domain Name Step-by-Step

In this tutorial I am going to be showing you how to get a free domain name (.tk) for you website using a service provider called dot.tk.

Step 1. 

Make sure you already have a website ready to go, (blogger, wordpress, weebly etc,). For this tutorial I am going to be using a blogger website.

Step 2.

Got dot.tk and search for a domain name that is not taken already and if your domain name is take try looking for a different one.

Step 3.

Once your domain name is set, select the option "Forward this domain to..." if it is not already selected. Paste your original website address in the text box.

Step 4.

Select your registration length and and enter the security code. You can signup for an account which is very helpful or you can continue with out signup for a one time thing.

Step 5. 

You are done, it may take several minutes or hours to activate.

2. Instructables

Instructables provides a lot of tutorials, some of them include Technology, Crafts, Home designs, Gardening, Fashion, Science, Survival, Food Recipes etc. You will find a lot more tutorials than I listed above. The site provides step by step detailed tutorials of how to do thing which is very helpful.

3. Code Academy

Code Academy is the site to go if you are trying to learn a new programming language. I have personally used this site to learn languages like HTML and CSS and Python. It offers languages such as Rails, Ruby, SQL, JavaScript, Java etc. It provides examples and let's you practice on built in console, which is pretty awesome.

4. Do It Yourself

Do It Yourself explains its self, I basically offers DIY tutorials. Some of them are Automotive, Decorating, Dining room, Flooring, Gardening, plumbing etc. this list goes  on and on. Like the other websites I mentioned above, it offers step by step detailed tutorials.

If you are all about business and stocks Investopedia is the way to go. It offers news, stock updates, Investing tips and tricks. Basically everything business can be found on this website.

Sometimes we just don't have the mental capacity to remember all the passwords we make within a lifetime. Now, this where Wonder Bot comes in. It is a bot than a literary remember anything you tell it, in other words text it. To use it you need to go to the website and you will be asked to enter your phone number, don't freak out, it's how it's going to text you duh. Once you enter your number you should receive a text within a couple of seconds. If you don't then your service provider sucks. This text is going to have instructions on what to do next. When ever you want to be reminded, simply text the bot, for example, "what's my name," just in case you forget your name. In this day and age having a fire wall is the most important thing someone can do besides having an antivirus to protect their computer from hackers and other external threats. There is a software company called Evorim that offer a free firewall and the firewall is called "Free Firewall," how ironic. Now I was a little surprised because not a lot of people know about this firewall especially when it's free, we all know everybody likes free stuff. I'm gonna get in depth about the firewall because you can watch a complete review on YouTube here. This firewall does not required you to disable your windows firewall when you install it, instead you can use it as a second firewall, yeah that's right you get to double your security. It also offers different modes such as "Paranoid mode" which explains it's self and "Credulous mode" for those who don't care about their security, which I doubt there is anyone like that. When it come to making money using mobile apps (Android or IOS) there are plenty of apps to choose from. Not all of the available apps are easy, some have an insane payment threshold that you know you will never reach. After doing some digging around the Android store I found one app that is quite easy to use. It has a reasonable payment threshold which is easy to get to by simply spending a couple of hours on it per day. This app is called WHAFF Rewards. This app even has a ranking of how much people have earned daily and overall earnings. When I checked to overall ranking the top person had earned over 23 thousand dollars, and from the profile picture it looked like a kid (It might not have been a kid though).
